Sichuan cuisine, as the first of the four major cuisines in China, plays an important role in the history of Chinese cuisine. Therefore, there are many delicious foods in Sichuan, which are deeply loved by people. Today I introduce 5 dishes. 

HOT POT

Mapo Tofu
